Being a Realtor, at first specializing as a Buyer's Specialist for the past 29 years has been so amazing! I've previously worked in Title and as an assistant to many excellent Realtors before becoming one myself. There is so much basic realty information to learn, Plus all the life realty experience one learns through the years. I've helped hundreds of people, families, retirees, first time buyers and even stressed-out homeowners in crisis situations. Over the past 3 years, I now work with Sellers and Buyers. I'm originally from the west suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio - married into the US military and traveled a lot ! Moved to St Petersburg back in 1987 from Virginia - became a Realtor 10 years later. I learned so much as a Realtor's assistant and then a Buyers Agent on teams in the area.
